We are currently only shipping to the United States and US territories.
We do our best to process and ship orders within 3 business days. Please keep in mind that we get backlogged during the holiday season and it could take longer. Cantein only offers Standard Shipping.
Orders over $45 (before tax and shipping, and excluding discounts) qualify for free ground shipping.

Cantein Return Policy
Per Our Guarantee, if you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, you may return it to us for replacement or refund. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase.

- Refunds will be provided in the form of payment.
- Shipping charges are refundable only if products were delivered late, damaged in transit, or if we sent the wrong product.
Step One - Prepare Your Return
- If you have the invoice or packing slip, include a copy with your returned item.

Monterey, CA 93942 - Please be sure to ship the package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Cantein cannot issue refunds for items lost during return shipment if proof of tracking is unavailable.

How long does the process take?
- We will do our best to process your return within 5 business days from our receipt of your returned goods. Keep in mind that we get backlogged during peak seasons and sales, so it may take longer during those times.
- If the original purchase was made with a credit card, we will credit that card for the returned item(s) upon receipt.
- For returns that do not have the original invoice, we will use the last known sale price for its value.
