We're confident you'll be happy with Cantein, so we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, return it for a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. Refunds apply only to items bought directly from cantein.com.

2. Return Process
To start a return, email our customer service team at info@cantein.com. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Ship the item to 1120 Forest Ave, Pacific Grove, CA 93950. A tracking number is recommended. Please include your original order number so we can match the return.

3. Refunds
